Be generous and respectful

• Treat people with respect, including when you disagree.
• Challenge ideas and work, not the person behind them.
• Harassment, discrimination and personal attacks are not welcome.

Give useful feedback

• Notice what kind of feedback someone has asked for.
• Be specific, explain why something works or does not, and suggest a practical next step.
• Ask questions when context is missing instead of making assumptions.

Share responsibly

• Share only work, images and files that you own or have permission to share.
• Remove personal information, credentials and confidential client material.
• Do not repost another member's work or discussion elsewhere without permission.

Be clear about opportunities and promotion

• In Project Marketplace, include the scope, timing, skills needed and whether the opportunity is paid.
• Relevant self-promotion is welcome when it helps the discussion. Repeated adverts, spam and unsolicited sales messages are not.
• Respect people's time and boundaries. Do not pressure anyone to work for free.

Keep the community safe

• Do not post scams, deceptive links, malware, illegal content or anything intended to cause harm.
• Report concerning content to the moderators rather than escalating the situation publicly.

Moderation

Moderators may move, edit or remove content, and may restrict access when needed to protect the community. If something does not feel right, use the report option and include enough context for the team to review it.
